Product Download Information:

After placing your order, please log in to your account to download your products. We will also send you an email.  Normally your download link will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of your order. If you have placed an order and not yet received your download information, please send us an email at customerservice@rampantdesigntools.com.

I had trouble downloading my order, now it won't let me download anymore:

Downloads expire after 48 hours or three download attempts, these quotas are larger for bigger downloads. If you were unable to download, please send us a friendly email and we will gladly send you another link to obtain your products.

 

I've downloaded the files but I can't seem to get them to Unzip.

Make sure to have the latest version of your Unzipping application. We recommend winrar for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac. Also verify the size of the file you downloaded is close to estimated size on the website. If you continue to have problems, feel free to contact us.

 


Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns.  We do not issue refunds.  All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or bad disc, we will gladly replace it for you. Simply send us an email and we will send you out a new copy.


I ordered through Google Checkout but I haven't received links to my order.

Our checkout system requires that you set up an account with us in order to download your files. If you hide your email address, the site cannot send you the links. If you check out as a guest and you have not created an account with us, the order will not complete.  This can delay your order up to 24 hours.  If this has happened to you, just send us an email and we will glady send you your links.

Our checkout system requires that you set up an account with us in order to receive receipts, download links or any information about your order.  You should recieve an order confirmation through Google itself. If you check out as a guest and you have not created an account with us, we have no way of contacting you. This can delay your order up to 24 hours or longer.  If this has happened to you, just send us a friendly email and we will happily send you your information.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for your convenience. We do not accept checks, wire transfers, money orders or purchase orders at this time. If you have special needs prior to placing your order please contact us and we will try our best to accomodate you.


I don't see a certain product online anymore, where did it go?

Product contents and availability subject to change without notice.

 


Are your products Mac/PC Compatible?

All of our products are both Mac and PC Compatible.

 


Can I install your product on multiple computers?  How many?

You are allowed to install our products on one workstation and one personal computer or laptop as long as the purchaser of the product is the sole user of the product.
